An e-commerce business wants to segment its clients and target them with different marketing methods. For example, separate efforts are needed to attract new clients and to keep lucrative ones.
House Price Prediction
This project utilizes numerous regression algorithms to attempt to predict house prices. As you may imagine, there are several ways to do this, each with advantages and disadvantages. Regression is an essential approach since it helps us understand the data. It is simpler to comprehend the relationship between answer and explanatory factors when we ask why. After displaying certain characteristics and doing a data mining procedure, I go to more complicated models. I try to find the best regression for this dataset.
HR Analytics
A strong organization and culture are always signs of future success. Employers and employees may reduce employee turnover by recognizing the factors that contribute to it. Management may use these insights to help establish and maintain a successful business. The objective is to figure out what causes employee turnover and to build a model that can forecast whether an employee will leave or not.

Sentiment Analysis & Modeling
This project is about to classify the customers' reviews (Amazon). This would be helpful for the organization to understand customers' feedbacks. Webportals get a vast amount of feedback from their users. Going through all the feedbacks can be a tedious job. We have to categorize opinions expressed in feedback forums. This can be utilized for a feedback management system. We classify individual reviews and we also determine an overall rating based on individual reviews, so that a company can get a complete idea of the feedback provided by customers and can take care of those particular fields. This makes customers more loyal to the company, which results in an increase in business, fame, brand value, and profits.
